Per the Ohio Dept. of Education, the 2023-2024 Ohio biennial budget includes funding to cover the cost of meals for families that qualify for reduced-price meals.  This means if you qualify for reduced-price meals, they will be FREE (breakfast and lunch) beginning this school year, 2024-2025 as well.
